The structure is located in the Tricase territory, just 3 kilometres from the marina. It is one of the few sea view masseria in Salento thanks to its strategic position on the Contrada Madonna di Fatima hill.
The nearest lidos are a few kilometres away and are easily reached by car.

– Santa Maria di Leuca about 25 minutes away by car
– the beaches of Marina Serra and Marina di Pescoluse, 10 and 20 minute drive away.
Sports lovers can also reach the coast by bike via a long cycling route alongside the masseria. The many narrow streets of the surrounding farms are ideal for long walks among pajare and olive trees, in close contact with nature and far from the noise of the city centre.
